How to survive exams.

The exams start in few days. This is definitely the most difficult time of the year in each student’s life. Exams are strongly associated with sleepless nights, hectolitres of coffee or other caffeinated beverages. They’re associated with nervous exchange of notes, junk food or lack of food, and the worst of, with enormous stress. But actually this, without a doubt, the most important and most difficult period of the academic year must be associated with such negative habits? Definitely not. You should watch a video I’ll post below, in which a youtuber tells us, in some funny way, how to survive exams, and most important, how to do it wisely and without prejudice of health.

I hope you like it :-)
Seriously, I believe that the period of exams don’t need to be so stressful but we need to be prepared.
Remember; don’t do everything at the last minute.
Even if studying for few weeks before the exam is not for you, start at least 3-4 days before exam. Certainly you’ll learn more than during the day (and night) before the exam.
Remember to be positive before learning, even if the subject that you need to pass is completely not interesting to you.
Turn off your phone, Facebook etc., or go to the library if you have too much things that distract you at home.
Instead of drinking coffee, drink a strong tea, or a green tea. Cold water is also great. Actually drink lots of water.
Eat a lot of vegetables, fast food and prepared meals only make that we have less energy.
When you study all day, find 10-15 minutes to relax and go for a walk and when you feel tired, do a few squats:-)
And most important – don’t be stressed! When you failed, it's not the end of the world. The exam can always be improved, and health, you only have one.

I wish you all good luck and passed exams!
